Key Account Manager – Nonbye Norway

We are now expanding our presence in Norway and looking for a experienced Key Account Manager – an ambitious and customer-driven business developers who want to take ownership, build strong relationships, and drive profitable growth.
Main responsibilities

Client management: Take over and further develop several of our key clients.

Growth and profitability: Drive sales with full budget responsibility for revenue and margins.

Business development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within our strong Brand Management offering.

Customer relations: Deepen collaboration with existing clients and ensure value creation throughout the supply chain.
We are looking for someone who

Has experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally within branding, communication or retail.

Thrives in a role that combines hands-on sales with strategic development.

Is relationship-oriented, results-driven, and able to identify business opportunities.

Has strong commercial drive and enjoys working in an organisation with short decision paths and a strong team spirit.
