Key Account Manager – Nonbye Denmark

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager who is passionate about proactive sales, strong customer relationships, and commercial growth.
Your primary responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in developing Nonbye’s business in Denmark and act as a key partner to small, medium-sized, and some of the country’s largest companies. You will be responsible for driving sales to both new and existing customers and for ensuring that our solutions create real value, visibility, and impact for their brands.
You will work with strong, professional clients across industries – companies that set high standards for quality, advisory services, and brand experience. At the same time, you will be part of a Nordic network where collaboration between colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway enables cohesive and scalable solutions for some of the region’s largest brands.
You will, among other things:
- Prospect new customers and build long-term partnerships.
- Develop existing customer relationships through trust, insight, and professional advice.
- Manage the sales process from needs assessment to contract and implementation.
- Work closely with colleagues in design, project management, and production to ensure quality and delivery.
- Contribute to strengthening Nonbye’s position in the Danish market.
About you
You are a relationship builder with strong commercial drive and a good understanding of your customers’ business. You thrive in a role where you take initiative and can see your efforts translate into tangible results.
We imagine that you:
- Have experience with proactive B2B sales and customer development.
- Take a strategic and solution-oriented approach to sales.
- Bring industry experience from branding, visual identity, communication, or related areas (a clear advantage, not a requirement).
- Work structured and independently, and enjoy being part of a team where collaboration and dialogue are central.
- Communicate fluently in Danish and English.
