Challenge

The roll-out for Lynk & Co’s graphic campaign concept has it’s challenges due to the complexity of managing multiple locations, each with varying sizes and designs. The diversity in location visibility, interior and building structures demands a highly flexible approach to ensure consistency and brand identity. Tailoring each space to its unique environment while maintaining a cohesive brand experience adds layers of complexity to the process, requiring sharp planning and coordination.

Solution

To secure the client’s brand visibility and identity, the solution for the graphics involved using a matte finish of the phrases on the windows. As well as carefully selected colors for the floor decals to match the interior. For example, to complement elements like the yellow sofa, a signature piece found in all Lynk & Co clubs. This attention to detail ensured a cohesive and visually appealing brand presence across all locations. All floor decals feature a non-slip top layer for enhanced safety.

Implementation

We used Brandpilot to efficiently roll-out the campaign, providing project manager, client and designers with access to the latest updates on design, drawings, order placement, and logistics. Brandpilot’s digital forms were also used for reporting, allowing installers at various locations to submit photos and any comments after installation. This ensured that everyone involved could see the results and identify any necessary changes immediately.

Results

The carefully crafted graphic concept has significantly enhanced the brand visibility and it was done seamlessly and smooth throughout the whole process.
